Every year the Friendship Quilt Guild is proud to present a diverse array of programs and workshops designed to inspire and challenge quilters of all skill levels. Monthly program descriptions, visiting speakers, and creative workshop details are featured here throughout the year. August 20: We have our own members showing us their various techniques so it will be an interactive and fun way to learn!  There will be 4 to 5 stations that you can rotate through.

 

September 17: We will have Sarah Hahn from "The Little Fabric Store" in Yorktown.  She will talk about her quilting journey and may have a few items for sale.  After the meeting, she will hold a workshop to show us how to make rope baskets! 

 

October 15: We have Glenda Wilder coming and she will speak on Traditional, Modern and everything in between when it comes to quilting.  There will be a workshop after the meeting on her Nouvelle Noel pattern.

November 19: We will have a special Veterans' Day meeting when we will present patriotic quilts to area Veterans.
